Please note the reminders feature is not available on all subscriptions. If you are unsure of this, please contact us. 

Step 1. 

Navigate to Settings.

Step 2. 

Click on "Client journey reminders" tab.

Step 3.
Select who you wish to receive the email reminder. You can pick more than one. 

Client is the viewer who will be notified with a prompt to start/complete his/her journey. 

Journey creator is the system user who assigned the journey to this client.

Notification address is the nominated 'catch all' email address setup in the account upon creation. By default it is the first user, but is often changed to a generic email address such as [email protected]

Step 4. 

Select the 'Send after' time period. 

Again, you can select more than one option. When the selected time period has passed the Adviser Portal will automatically send an email to the configured recipients (Step 3). 

NOTE: Clients will only get the reminder at the configured milestone. I.e. 7 days. This will happen only once and wont repeat every 7 days.

Backdated Reminders

Reminder emails will not be backdated when the feature is enabled or changes to your settings are made. Reminders will still be sent for journeys you have created before enabling reminder emails but only when they reach the correct 'send after' period.

Client template

If you have chosen to send the reminders to your client, then the following email template is used.

Hi {recipient.firstname},

This is a reminder that you have yet to complete the following topics: {list of topics}. Please visit Money Alive to complete your journeys.
