Step 1.

Navigate to the Client journeys page in the left hand menu. 

Step 2. 

Click New which is placed in the top right of the page.

Step 3. 

Select 'New client' unless the client already exists on the system.  

Not sure if they're already using the service? don't worry, continue as if they're a new client and you'll be notified if they've already been added and can continue this way.

Step 4. 

Enter their first name, surname and email address.

Step 4. 

Select the journeys you want your client to complete from the list below. You can select more than one. 

Step 6. 

Send on the Registration link or email template to your client.

For your convenience, the Admin will create both the stand alone link and an example invitation email for you to modify and send on. 

In both cases the system user/administrator will need to send the link directly via their chosen email tool.
