We don't offer any way to delete a client or cancel an invite and this is by design. Our risk management experts (both legal and PII) have been clear that it is advantageous for advisers to keep records in the Adviser Portal to evidence all enquirers offered the opportunity to engage in the Money Alive educational journey.
The journey report will still be generated in the client profile along with any emails sent to the enquirer via the Adviser Portal. We would also recommend you download and keep a copy for your records – they could be very useful for PII purposes and FCA / compliance reporting if required.
