Doing it this allows us to verify you as a client. We won't be able to deal with any queries that require us to give you information about your account unless you are verified.
If you are viewer (invited to take a journey), then you can visit help.moneyalive.io and click on the icon in the bottom right-hand corner. It's best you provide us with as much information as possible, this will allow us to help you quicker.
