Can I delete a client and get another space.

We don't offer any way to delete a client or cancel an invite and this is by design. Our risk management experts (both legal and PII) have been clear that it is advantageous for advisers to keep records in Money Alive to evidence all enquirers offered the opportunity to engage in the Money Alive educational journey.


The journey report will still be generated in the client profile, along with any emails sent to the enquirer via Money Alive. We would also recommend you download and keep a copy for your records โ€“ they could be handy for PII purposes and FCA / compliance reporting if required.
