Using the Reminders feature

The reminders feature sends automated email reminders to clients, prompting them to continue their journey.

NOTE: Clients will only get the reminder at the configured milestone. I.e. 7 days. This will happen only once and won't repeat every 7 days.

Backdated Reminders

Reminder emails will not be backdated when the feature is enabled or changes to your settings are made. Reminders will still be sent for journeys you have created before enabling reminder emails but only when they reach the correct 'send after' period.

Client template

If you have chosen to send the reminders to your client, then the following email template is used.
