All accounts come with the Analytics section which contains three report types, Overviews and Usage and the Client Report download.

The Overview section details the total usage for journeys sent, started completed and then those that went on to click a next step option.

The Usage page tracks the individual usage per month/week broken down by individual topics.

The client report download is the master CSV report itemising all viewer activity and details each assigned journey, progress and status.

This report can also be used to track individual system user activity.
