Forms allow you to put links directly on your own website, then a user of your website will be able to "self-register" for a journey and as a result a lead for you!

Do I get charged a credit if someone signs up via my forms?

You only get charged a credit if the client signs in and watches the first video.

How do I enable/disable forms?

1. Select "Webforms" from the menu on the left-hand side.

2. To enable/disable a form select the options button on the right and select "Enable/Disable"

Where can I get the URL for the Form?

Clicking "Copy link" from the options menu (as seen above) or by clicking the "Link" button.

This will open the form and this URL can be used on your website.

Can I embed them?

Yes, the forms can be embedded onto your website, we even give you a basic snippet you can use on your website. Click on the form options menu and click "Embed code" and a new window will open.

You can then click "copy code" to copy the embed code to your clipboard.

A couple configuration options are available, should you want to remove the background or logo of the embedded webform.

NOTE: This embed code is just a basic iframe embed code. We cannot guarantee the iframe will work perfectly within your website esthetically. This is because websites are structured differently.

Can I limit how many people sign up on the form?

Yes, you can. You can open the form settings and then click on "advanced" and setting the forms "Registration limit", by default this is set to 0, which means unlimited, but you can set the max number of registrants you want coming via this form here.

Can I change the logo on the form?

Yes, you can. You can upload a new logo via the "advanced" settings on the form.

We only support png, jpg or gif logos for forms.

How do I change the Form settings?

Changing the form settings can be done via the "settings" option from the menu on the right-hand side of the form row.

Click "Title and description", this will then show you options to edit the title and description for the form and also be able to add some small print notes which will appear at the bottom of the form.

Can I set up notifications?

Notifications allow you to add emails that will be notified when someone signs up to the form and also when clients complete their journeys (only clients signed up via that form)

You can set these notification emails by selecting the "notifications" option from the form settings menu (see changing form settings).

Enter each email on a new line and click "Save".

Can I see a list of registrants for the form?

Yes, you can. On the forms page, you will see a number in the "Registrants" column, this number indicates how many people have signed up via that form.

If you click on the number itself, then you will be taken to a page that lists all the people who registered on that form.

You can also access the client's report here also by clicking on their "status"

Can I prefill the form fields?

Yes, this can be done by adding query parameters in the URL of your form.

https://www.moneyalive.io/forms/5adc058b13cfd?first_name=Dale&surname=Mooney&[email protected]

We can pass the fields of the form via the URL and the form will be prepopulated with the data provided in the URL.
