New feature - Forms.

Due to the success of the Final Salary client registration form, we've launched a new selection of forms under the Forms heading. 

The new forms include; Guaranteed income, Flexible income and Pension Freedoms which registers the client for both Guaranteed income and Flexible income. 

To make it easier to find who registers via a form we've included a dedicated "Registrants" page where you can see the topic registered for and the client progress. We've also include a quick links menu to access; outcomes, notes and the client profile.

Settings for the forms include changing the title, description and who receives notifications of new registrations. Forms can also be deactivated from this menu.
